More Information: The Chester Plant has one high-pressure inlet gas stream and one low-pressure inlet gas stream. The low-pressure stream is gas gathered from the immediate surrounding of the plant. This gas is compressed to plant operating pressure and combines with the high-pressure inlet gas stream. The high-pressure stream is field dehydrated, compressed gas from 2 of the 22 compressor stations in the Oklahoma area. The remaining 20 compressor stations discharge their gas to the Chaney Dell Plant.
Physical Address: The plant is located approximately 2 miles north and 3.5 miles northwest of Chester, Oklahoma in Woodward County. The driving directions from Fairview, Oklahoma are to take Hwy 60, west approximately 25.5 miles to the town of Chester. At the intersection of Hwy 60 and Hwy 281, turn right and travel 1 mile, turn left on paved county road and travel 3 miles, turn right on the county road and travel 1.5 miles.
