Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent, LLC and its affiliates’ IRS Forms 1099 are mailed on January 31st of each year. Please note, we are not required to furnish this form to foreign owners, incorporated owners, and/or owners with annual royalty payments less than $10 or annual working interest payments less than $600. We will be happy to assist you with any Form 1099 issues that may concern you. Please contact our Division Order team by email at 1099@aplmc.com.
