| Q: I have not received my check. What should I do? |
A: It is most likely that your account has not yet reached the minimum pay status. Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent LLC remits revenue payments when your balance has reached $25. Amounts over $10, but under the minimum pay amount, are paid annually in July. Payments may be in suspense if a situation has occurred to create uncertainty as to ownership. These situations may include notice of death, address changes, transfer or assignment of interest, or a legal dispute. Payments due are accumulated in your account and released to the appropriate party when the issues are resolved. |
|
| Q: I believe my check was lost / stolen. What should I do? |
| A: If you believe your check was lost or stolen, please use the Owner Inquiry Form (located under the “Forms” link) to advise us of the situation. We will stop payment on the check and the amount can be re-issued; usually with the following month’s check. |
